Avazia specialise in the development of customised control, data acquisition and automation solutions for both industry and the country’s universities using National Instruments LabVIEW™ control software.

We can offer turnkey solutions consisting of both hardware and software, through to basic support and consultancy working on an existing developed system. Through our work with Avazia and previous work experience we have worked with a range of different companies both large and small, ranging from international Aero engine manufacturers to smaller SME’s. Our offices are currently based in rural Oxfordshire though we often tend to work on-site alongside our clients whilst developing projects assisting in the development process.

Consultancy

We understand that what works for one client may not be suitable for another, that’s why we make every effort to help you in the way that suits you best. Though our primary focus is software development within the LabVIEW™ software environment we can also help to advise on hardware or offer a complete turnkey solution to your control problem.

Its important that we understand your requirements which is why our developers are engineering graduates all have over 3 years real LabVIEW™ programming experience, and our developers have all passed assessment by National Instruments and are Certified LabVIEW developers.

In many cases our clients like us to come and work on-site either alongside their existing development team or individually. Working on-site not only allows access to existing hardware but also means that we can quickly discuss and implement changes which may be required as the development progresses.

Sometimes it is not possible to determine all of the problems we may encounter in advance which is why we like to work to a design, develop, deploy model as shown in the diagram below. Using this model can identify and develop code early on to test areas which could be potentially critical to the system or application, depending upon the outcome we may need to modify the design or use a different approach. This reiterative approach to the design ensures that days of time aren’t wasted developing code with an incorrect architecture or a system which is critically limited by hardware issues.

If the project doesn’t require it or it is not practical to work on-site then we are more than happy to work from the comfort of our own offices in Oxford.

Whether you require half a days support to a few months working with you on-site we are here to help. Having worked with clients in both industry business and academia, large and small we understand every case is different and therefore we try to offer as much flexibility as possible.
